Description
The pendant lamp Carronade Small by the Danish manufacturer Le Klint is a successful combination of functional functionality and unusually appealing design. Designer Markus Johannsson was inspired to create the creation by a short, small cannon that merchant ships used to carry to defend them. The result of his design, completed in 2016, is a light that falls from the luminaire in a targeted manner to the desired location. The slim lampshade is made of matt black lacquered aluminium. Thanks to an elegant, eye-catching walnut arch, it is suspended in such a way that it can be rotated and swivelled as desired. The brass elements used for fastening the suspension contribute to the interesting design of the Carronade pendant lamp. In accordance with all these characteristics, this Le Klint luminaire is particularly suitable for lovers of distinctly technical shapes.
